Rental policies

Duration & timing
- Minimum rental length is 48 hours (two full days).
- We schedule a two-hour buffer between trips on the same scooter for cleaning and logistics.
- Delivery is to your stated place of stay (no storefront pickup).
Payments
Online bookings are billed upfront once card payments are enabled. Until then, your booking may show as pending payment. Unpaid requests do not block other guests from overlapping times—the first successful payment wins the slot.
Cancellations
Refunds are available when you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, per product rules. Admin tools and email confirmations will reflect the final policy.
Waiver & ID
You must be 18+, hold a valid license, and accept the waiver and rental agreement at checkout. We collect passport and license details for lawful rental operations in the Philippines.
